Step 2 – Secure checkout

You’ll complete your purchase through our secure checkout.

Step 3 – Account setup

After purchase, we create your course access and email you instructions to set your password.

Step 4 – Start learning

Log in, access your course, and begin at your own pace.

Section 3: What happens after you buy (important)

What happens after checkout?

After purchasing, you’ll receive:

• A confirmation email from checkout

• A follow-up email from us with:

• Your login instructions

• A link to access your course

This usually happens within 24 hours (often much sooner).

If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Accessing your course

Your course lives inside our learning portal.

To access it:

1. Go to: https://brainbuzzz.co.uk

2. Click “Lost your password”

3. Enter the email you used at checkout

4. Set your password

5. Log in and select your course
